Finals are upon us, friends, and you need a place you can kick back in a comfortable environment with a steady flow of free coffee and study all night long. In short, you need Eckles Library.

You’re going to be up all night studying and so are we!  Eckles is open 24-hours a day until Friday, May 9.   Come by day or night and we’ll be here to answer a reference question, help you find a book or wake you from that much needed 4am nap.

But we know you need more, so the Coffee, Cappuccino and Hot Chocolate are Free until the end of Finals.  Don’t forget to bring your own cup so you can keep the caffeine flowing.

This is it - your last chance to cast your vote for the new Eckles Flix. Voting absolutely, positively ends at 3pm on Monday, March 3rd so make sure to get your ballot in before it is too late!

You can improve your foreign language skills AND eat free cookies! How great is that?

It is the Foreign Language Coffee Hour and it is only at Eckles Library. Once a month you can kick back on our comfortable 1st floor couches, drink some coffee and converse in a foreign language with a GW professor and other students. All levels of proficiency are welcome! It’s stress free and the best way to solidify what you are learning in class.

When? Today from 2:00-3:00pm (Hebrew from 2:30-3:30pm)

Hey, Mr. Kot-tair!)  But today, it is just our way of welcoming you back to campus for a spectacular spring semester!

Welcome Back, Students of the Vern!

Although we hope you had a relaxing Winter Break, it was way too quiet around here without you! The Eckles staff resorted to asking each other fake reference questions just to feel useful.

Eckles has decided this is going to be The Best Semester Ever (to be fair, we name every semester that, but sometimes we’re right). We’ve got expanded hours, new study space and fabulous new furniture, which seems like a pretty good start to this Best Semester Ever stuff.
