Display Cases
If you are a member of a GW registered student organization, there is a free marketing opportunity for your group available within Gelman Library - display cases!
Where?
Located on floors 3, 4, 5 and 6, locked cases are available to student organizations to display informatoin of interest to the GW community. Hang photos, recruit new members, or market an event. The opportunities are many!
How can I reserve one?
To request a display case, contact the student liaison to inquire about availability. A short request form is required that describes the intended purpose of the case and provides contact information for your organization.
Cases are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all cases are full, groups may be asked to rotate their displays in order to allow other organizations an opportunity to create a display. All displays are subject to the approval of the Gelman Library System administration.
